How much baggage can I check in for my flight?
You can see the baggage allowance for your flight in the search results by clicking on Terms and conditions next to the departure you are interested in.
When you book a Norwegian flight through Umeåflyg there is always a baggage allowance of 2 checked bags per person regardless of the ticket type.
How do I check in on the airport?
On many airports there are so called self-service kiosks where you can check in on your own. At the self-service kiosk you choose what airline you are flying with, and then you will be prompted to identify your booking. This is usually done by entering a booking reference or scanning your passport.
It is almost always possible to check in the traditional way - through a check-in counter.
We recommend that you visit your airline's website and read their information about check-in.
How much does a name or date change cost for my ticket?
This cost depends on what type of ticket you have. If you have purchased Travel Agency Support that includes help with exchanges, you can contact our customer service by phone.
If you haven't purchased Travel Agency Support you will need to contact us through our contact form. For customers that want to make an exchange, but haven't purchased Travel Agency Support a service charge of 200 SEK applies.
I want to bring an infant on my flight, how do I proceed?
Infants (up to 24 months of age) can travel in company of their parent, in the parent's lap.
You are allow to bring one infant per travelling adult.
We need the following information to be able to add the infant to the booking:
- First and last name
- Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Name of the adult that the child is travelling with
- Booking reference
We cannot guarantee that the infant booking will be confirmed as this is up to each airline to decide.
Additional costs may apply for infant bookings. We will inform you of this in reply to your customer service ticket.
I want to cancel my booking - do I get my money back?
Full flex tickets are generally always eligible for cancellation and full refund.
Lower class tickets such as economy class tickets are very rarely refundable, hence the low prices.
We follow the airlines ticket terms and conditions, and adhere to these in case of a request for a refund.
If you have purchased Travel Agency Support you can call our customer service and get help. Otherwise we refer you to create a ticket with our customer service through the contact form on our website.
Refund requests normally have a handling time of about 7-14 days.
An administrative fee of 200 SEK applies for every completed refund request.
I have purchased cancellation protection - what conditions apply?
The cancellation protection applies when you or your immediate family falls ill in a way that you are unable to travel.
For compensation to be paid you need to be able to provide a doctor's certificate that confirms that you are unable to travel.
Immediate family means children, live-in partner, or husband/wife.
Refunds are made in accordance with our refund terms and conditions.
